How it works

From first conversation to tech you never have to think about.

The goal isn’t to sell you more than you need. I start with what’s actually costing you time or clients, and build from there.

1. Consult

A free consultation (20 minutes). Tell me what’s broken, slow, or missing — your website, booking, payments, or day-to-day workflow.

2. Recommend

I recommend what actually matters for your business — not everything, just what saves you time or money.

3. Build or Fix

I build it or fix it myself, scoped as a project, a monthly retainer, or a quick hourly fix depending on what you need.

4. Support

You stop managing it yourself. I maintain it, or you call me when something comes up.

What this means for you

You’re never left guessing what happens next or wondering who to call when something breaks. Every step in this process is designed to remove a specific kind of friction — the ambiguity of a first conversation, the risk of paying for more than you need, the slow handoff most agencies leave you with, and the silence that follows once a typical freelancer cashes their final check.

Support doesn’t end at launch — it’s built into the process from the start. That means the system you get on day one is the same system that keeps working for you a year later, without you having to track down whoever built it or start over with someone new. If something needs attention, you call one person, and that person already knows your setup.
