Case study: a service professional
Problem
A service professional came to me with no real website, no online booking, and no way to accept payments. Every inquiry and every appointment was handled manually by email and back-and-forth phone calls, pulling time and attention away from client work and growing the business.
What I built
A full website design and build, a Calendly integration for booking, a Stripe integration for payments, and client intake forms — plus ongoing maintenance, so she never touches the backend.
Outcome
She’s able to focus entirely on marketing and client work while the tech runs itself in the background. The site now brings in 5–6 new client inquiries a month at 99.99% uptime, and she’s told me that having intake emails land in her inbox alongside automatic Calendly booking has made it easier to convert inquiries into discovery calls — without her spending time chasing down scheduling.
